On Your Mark…

A wise old owl once told me "the Goddess never hurries". The moment those words left her lips she likely regretted it. I’m one of those people that will be late to her own funeral. But as I reflected about time, timing and what it means to get ready, I learned this:

We arrive on our own time no matter what the invitation says. If the last 5 months of having a signed lease and NO yoga studio have taught me anything, it’s that whether we like the timing or not, it is divinely perfect.

Soul Dive is opening October 1!

Operation Beautification is underway and we are busy bringing the vision of SDY to life. No matter what, we will have yoga mats on the new floors and will start practicing yoga in the space in just 2 weeks. If you feel called to help us with the finishing touches please let us know - we could use the support!

For the record... our classes will run on real time, not cosmic time, so pack up the California excuses of traffic and ‘caught up with cat videos’ and don’t be late…

Are you ready? Get your memberships in advance, dust off your yoga pants and be ready to meet us on your mat.

Have you met our teachers? You won’t want to miss their classes… Cheri Michel is leading a Sacred Flow at 9 am on Wednesday mornings (starting October 26th) and Leesann Shefa teaches a Yin & Nidra Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm. The best bedtime story you’ll ever get is practicing with Leesann. And of course our signature class, Soulful Vinyasa, will be offered a few times per week with Alex. The full schedule is live!
