We've got an attitude of gratitude and we owe it all to you.
Hi Soul Dive, Chelsea here...
There seems to be a prominent energy running through the Soul Dive walls. Maybe you have noticed it lately while lying in Savasana or sitting on the pink couch after class. Although it is more of a feeling, the energy can best be described as expansion. We notice it in your practice, the ways in which you are growing stronger in your mind & body every day. We notice it in the new faces you are bringing in because you are so excited to share your yoga home with the ones you love. We notice it in ourselves as teachers who are eager to be in the room with you each day to support you through your journey.
The theme of expansion is loud and clear. And our natural response is deep gratitude. As we so often learn from our yoga practice, gratitude is what keeps us growing in the right direction. We attract what we direct our awareness towards. In other words, the more we live in gratitude, the more we find ourselves with things to be grateful for. So we are running with this Soul Dive energy that embodies an expansive community filled with kindness and can't wait to see how it continues to unfold.
The concept of attracting what we focus on can also be referred to as manifestation. I have a strong feeling that all of us, as a collective, are responsible for this studio because of what our hearts have been yearning for. Whether you are a seasoned manifester or brand new to the process, we have an awesome event happening this Sunday: Intro To Hypnosis with the internationally bestselling author, Camilla Sacre-Dallerup. Not only do you get to dive into the practice of hypnosis, but you will also learn how to strengthen your ability to attract what your heart desires.
We have been receiving positive reviews and encouraging feedback from all of you. Thank you for always taking the time to let us know your thoughts and helping us stay on the best path! Along with your kind words, you have been offering donations to your yoga home out of the kindness of your heart. Because of this reoccurrence, we have added a Gratitude Jar in the studio. You can find it right on top of our honor bar area near the vinyls. This is just a way for us to keep the energy that we are creating together alive. Your love and support (no matter the form it comes in) means the world to us.

Congratulations to the newest sound bath practitioners in our community!
For those of you that made it to the Community Sound Bath on the 12th, which was also the trainees' graduation, THANK YOU. Your support brings so much light to these experiences and I know it meant a lot to the graduates to be able to share their new offering with you all. And thank you to our lovely sound guide, Bella, for hosting a successful training in the Soul Dive studio and bringing such a special group together. The more we work on our own, individual growth, the more we will grow together as a community. The best way to show up as our best selves for others is to make sure we give love to ourselves first. We just so happen to have the space where self-care AND community go hand-in-hand. A space for continuous gratitude.
